The services of Conciergerie Kallisté Corsica are governed by French law. The complete terms and conditions are written in French. Any translation is supplied for convenience only; in the event of a discrepancy or dispute, the French text alone shall prevail.

Promotional offer: 19% instead of 22% for contracts signed no later than 30 September 2026. This trial offer applies only during the first twelve months of the contract. From the second year onwards, the standard 22% rate applies.

Referral programme: for each referred client who signs a contract and remains a client for twelve full months, the referring client receives, from their next contract year, a permanent reduction of 1 percentage point. Reductions are cumulative and acquired for life, but the applicable rate may never fall below 17%.

Professional insurance: the Service Provider is covered by professional liability and public liability insurance taken out with Hiscox SA through its French branch, under policy no. HSXIN320076889A, for its concierge activities, excluding the booking of stays or travel on behalf of third parties.
